DSPViewerでダウンロードエラー

環境/言語:[Windows7　IE11　]
分類:[インストーラ]

DSPViewerダウンロードをしたいのですが、できません。
通常だと、実行ボタンが表示されるはずですが、
IEだと、ファイルを開く／保存／キャンセル
Google Chomeではエラーになり、以下のエラーログが出ます。
どうすれば、ダウンロードができるのか教えてください。

IEをver９にしてダウンロードしたら、できました。
